A: You can take WINGS by any means of getting into the digestive system. This includes PEG and G-tubes, oral from the dropper, syringe, mixed in food or drink. Empty or full stomach.

A: It's very individual but many report feeling or seeing a difference the first day. Some may need to take the tincture longer and have a higher dose to make a difference. It can depend on the treatment outcome desired.
